I disagree. The level of disgust should have been a call to action a long time ago; not just when children are targeted.

Think about it this way, gae. If it takes targeting children for terrorist to achieve their ultimate goal of terror, then that's exactly what they are going to do - target children.

It should never come to a point that it takes targeting children to get the proper attention. The threshold should have been breached a long time ago; and for most of us it has. For Sean and the muslim community, it has not - and that's a big problem. Actually, gae, they become part of the problem.

I shouldn't have to spell this out, but the desire of terrorists for mass killings on a much grander scale is well known. They would indiscriminately kill tens of thousands if they could.

I don't see how that's less evil than targeting children. Brutal murder is brutal murder, gae. I find it very difficult to differentiate among the killing of defenseless innocents, no matter what their age.
